Before you sign up or place advertising orders on Black Viper Market, please read these key points. By signing up and shopping on our platform, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Authentic Advertising & No-Bot Policy

We act as an intermediary advertising agency. We strictly do not use bots, scripts, or automated fake account generation. All traffic, engagement, and visibility provided are generated through legitimate 3rd-party advertising networks, direct social platform advertising, and community promotions. Because we use real human traffic, we cannot guarantee exact numbers of likes or followers, as real users cannot be forced to interact.

1. General Notice & Assumptions of Risk

Metric Fluctuations: Because our campaigns drive real human viewers, engagement levels can fluctuate. Users may choose to unfollow or unlike content at their own discretion. We do not guarantee "non-drop" metrics.
No Refunds for Platform Actions: Black Viper Market is not responsible for account closures, post deletions, shadowbans, or any other actions taken by social media companies against your account. You purchase our advertising services entirely at your own risk.
Prohibited Content: You may not place advertising orders for content that involves illegal activities, violence, harassment, extreme political views, scams, or pornography. Doing so will result in an immediate account ban with no refunds.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advertising budgets loaded onto Black Viper Market are non-refundable to your original payment method. Loaded funds can only be used to purchase ad campaigns on the platform.
Once a campaign is launched and sent to our advertising partners, cancellation or refund requests are not accepted.
If your campaign is rejected by our system or ad partners (e.g., due to an invalid link), the system will automatically refund the campaign budget back to your Black Viper Market balance.
Do not run multiple campaigns for the same link simultaneously. Doing so may result in conflicting deliveries and loss of funds without a refund.

3. Service Continuity & Account Termination

All services and websites on Black Viper Market operate through software. If users insult or misuse Black Viper Market staff, or attempt to find/exploit security vulnerabilities, their accounts and advertising budgets will be confiscated immediately. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently stop services or change terms without prior notice.
